New! Bianchi's Mono-Q 105 Compact - Best Buy for Carbon at This Moment

Thinking that you can't get onto a full carbon frame with a complete 105 group and a good wheelset for under $2,000? Well, you are in luck. We took advantage of Bianchi's 2009 inventory list and we can put you on a cool raceable frame for $1,999!! Not in to racing, no problem, this is a perfect bike for the all rounder. Everyone can appreciate a good buy, great performance, and a whole lot of Bianchi style!

Reviews of the Diva and the Orca from the respective perspectives of the sexes...

t's been a few years since Lynn and I treated ourselves to a matched pair of superfine bikes, but the 2010 Orbea lineup had each of us drooling over the Diva and Orca, so we decided to sign onto the Orbea Made to Order website and build up a couple of dreamy rides. We let these bikes adorn the sales floor for a couple of weeks, but now the rains have subsided, and we've taken the bikes on their maiden voyages. Check them out from each of our reviews:

Orbea Offers Savings

Ever wish you could peak into the warehouse of a major US distributor and see what kind of crazy deals were available on old stock? Well Orbea has decided that you can help them clean out the warehouse. We like this stimulus plan - customers get great deals on Orbea product and we get to help them find it!

Pinarello Palooza Continues - FP3

Built and designed using Pinarello LAB’s SOE (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution) System, the FP3 has a slightly less powerful appearance than the Prince, but preserves the compact shape and harmonious lines of its highly successful predecessor.

What's new for 2010? Pinarello 2010 is on the floor now!

Classic steel is so cool!

Gran Fondo Hosted Rapha Continental

Gran Fondo is honored to have hosted the talented riders of the Rapha Continental team when they joined us in early May to ride the beautiful roads of Middle Tennessee in a century ride designed by Vida Greer. If you love to ride a bike, you have to ride this ride!

Cool Bikes, Cool People

Of course, we love all of our customers; but as you can imagine, we have to have a few favorites. Mark and Leslie Morell just happen to be two of our favorites!

Gran Fondo HOW100 Volunteers Are the Greatest

As event director for the HOW100, I have had the pleasure of directing the greatest team of volunteers ever assembled. The majority of HOW100 volunteers come back year after year to continue the wonderful traditions of Hope on Wheels and their efforts are the reason our bike ride continues to be a perfect day of celebration in Leiper's Fork. A great example of this dedication is that each of our rest stop captains has served in this capacity since our opening year in 2005. The majority of these volunteers are Gran Fondo Cycling Club members! We love you!!

You may take up ultradistance cycling just to justify the need to buy this bike!

Travel With Your Bike with Ease

Yes, this bike's got a ticket to ride and she don't care - she won't pay any additional fee to be a precious checked bag on any airline. When she arrives at her destination, she is easily reassembled and still the best looking bike there. Factor in no worries about scratches in her paint job and you couldn't find a better travel companion.

Vida's Lynskey Helix

As the owner of the most beautiful custom Lynskey Helix, it is time for me to blog away about my fantastic new bicycle. I wanted to make sure that I bonded with my new eye candy straightaway, so I proceeded to put 500 miles on this bicycle in the first 10 days I owned it. The bike is perfect, and I think it captures a lot of what we try to do at Gran Fondo.
