Halloween Decorations are Fun at Fly's

We like Fly's best when there are 15 cyclists gathered on the porch when a fun group ride stops for a break. Some of the best turkey and cheese sandwiches ever (at the best prices) can be had down at Fly's. We suggest having a Moon Pie for dessert and a Sundrop or Yoohoo chaser. (Don't be seen eating a Clif bar down there - it's bad form and you will ride horribly.)

We always wish we had a basket on our crazy lightweight bikes so that we could take home a birdhouse.

Visit Fly's on any day that you ride more than 50 miles!
Never pass the Highway 7 Exit on the Trace without going down to Fly, TN.
