July 4 - We will be rolling out from the Model Airplane Field at 7:30 am for a moderately paced ride (This Is Not a Race!!!) Part of the ride will be on the Harpeth River Ride course, which is still marked, and should be 55-60 miles long. For those who know the area, there will be plenty of places to turn off and shorten the ride. It is FREE but no sag or sweep, no whining, no complaining and no poorly serviced bikes please. The ride will likely separate into faster and slower groups.

Gran Fondo is closed on Mondays! What gives, you say? Being closed on Monday allows everyone on our service team to share the same day off. We return on Tuesdays fired up and ready to serve your every cycling need.

Hope on Wheels - Women Cycling on the Trace for a Cure
Gran Fondo serves as the primary bike shop sponsor for Hope on Wheels, an annual cycling event held in early September each year. Women riders chose from rides of 29, 62 or 100 miles in this cycling event held on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Over four years, participants fundraising for breast cancer research have raised over $300,000 as they rode in honor of loved ones touched by this disease. The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation directed funds to research. This year Orbea Bicycles will work with us to donate two road bikes to be awarded to top fundraisers for this worthy cause.
