Full Tune Up Includes:

• Adjustment of all mechanical workings of the bike; all bearing surfaces, front and rear derailleur, brakes, and shifters
• Wheels trued
• No additional labor charge for installation of replacement parts
• Drive train removal and clean

Full Overhaul (suggested every 7000 miles):

• Frame is stripped of all components
• Thoroughly cleaned and prepped
• Drive train cleaned and re-lubricated
• Does not include new cables, housing, and chain, but it is recommended that one replaces cables, housing, chain, bar tape, tubes and tires at this point
