Yes, Katharine is once again racing with the U.S. National Team in the her second Ladies Tour of Qatar from February 3rd through the 6th. Seven national teams including Team USA, Australia, France, and Italy also sent national federations to the event, and a variety of the top UCI squads will be there as well.
